Opened in August of 2008 we are delighted to be able to provide Middletown with quality used book for sale and trade. Located on Main Street at Main Street Market with 2 hour free parking available at the municipal lots on Court St. or Melilli Plaza behind Main Street Market.

Book Trading Policy:

Book Quality: Books we will consider for trade must be in fairly good condition with no missing or torn pages, stains, odors or underlining. Please no textbooks, encyclopedias or condensed books.

Credit: Books may be traded in for store credit. Our computer system keeps track of your credit for you. Trading credits may be applied for up to 50% of the purchase price of additional books. Customers that have credit will pay 1/2 cash and 1/2 credit on book purchases. Credit may be applied to used books only.

The Book Bower reserves the right to decline books. Please do not take it personally, we may simply be overstocked on that book, the condition may not meet our standards or the clerk may feel that the book does not have an appropriate resale value for our customers.
